Domestic Shipping Policy

A note on shipping liquid.

Beer is heavy. In fact each can weighs 1 pound full. That means a case with packing material is over 25lbs and that gets expensive to ship. We understand! We offer free shipping with purchases over $75 and if you are located very far from Maine, optimizing your purchase to fit into flat rate boxes makes more sense than UPS ground.  Groupings of 2 or 3 four packs will save you money. For example, if you live in California, purchasing 1 four pack with UPS shipping will cost you more than it would to purchase 2 four packs with USPS flat rate shipping. Luckily, we do that calculation for you and show you your options right in the cart.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. We ship Monday, Weds, Fri. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

 

All rates are calculated in real time based on information provided by UPS or USPS.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an order confirmation immediately, and a shipment notification with tracking number when your order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Woodland Farms is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Woodland Farms Brewery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship internationally at this time.
